Knowledge Notebook
A shared notebook on four levels – company, teams, projects, personal – whose pages flow directly into the AI's answers.
The Knowledge Notebook is a Notion-style page system built right into Kasimir: you create pages and sub-pages, write them in a modern block editor – and Kasimir uses exactly this knowledge in its answers. Unlike the Documents & Knowledge area (uploaded files), the notebook is meant for hand-written, curated knowledge: guidelines, conventions, contact lists, project briefings, glossaries or your personal preferences.
The four levels
Knowledge lives on four levels. Every page belongs to exactly one level – and the level determines who can see and edit it:

Permissions follow the levels – for the AI, too. Only team members see a team page, and it only flows into AI answers for them. Details under Knowledge & the AI.
Where to find the notebook
Sidebar → Knowledge – the central view with all four levels in one tree: Company, Teams, Projects, Personal.
Project page → “Knowledge” tab – the notebook of that project.
Team page → “Knowledge” tab – the team's notebook.
Settings → Knowledge – your personal knowledge.
Administration → Company knowledge – the company-wide level for admins and owners.
All entry points show the same notebook, just focused on the respective slice. A page you create in the project tab therefore also appears in the central Knowledge view under Projects.
Notebook or documents – which one for what?
Knowledge Notebook: short, maintained, hand-written knowledge. Ideal for anything that should stay current and fits well into page form.
Documents: uploaded files (PDF, Office, images …) that are searched and attached to chats as knowledge sources.
Both can be cited in the same answer – the sources panel below the answer shows where the AI got its information from.
