A short overview of every Kasimir module – from Chat and Agents to Workflows, Meetings and Knowledge.

Kasimir brings several AI models, your company knowledge, agents and automations together in one interface – GDPR-compliant and EU-hosted. This page introduces every module briefly so you can quickly pick the right one for the job.

The modules work together: a file you store under Files answers questions in chat, feeds an agent and flows into a workflow. With teams and projects you share these building blocks deliberately.

Work & Chat

Chat

The entry point. You ask questions and the selected model answers – optionally with web search, access to your company knowledge, and attached files (including PDFs and images). Web search is on by default (your company can change that); tools such as data analysis you switch on yourself when needed.

Agents

Persistent, chat-based personas with their own system prompt, their own knowledge and conversation starters. Ideal for recurring tasks that should always run with the same context.

Workflows

Form-based, multi-step automations. You define typed inputs (text, choice, file, knowledge source and more) and steps that build on each other – started manually, on a schedule, via form, webhook or integration.

Artifacts

Longer, AI-generated content is created as an artifact in a dedicated editor next to the chat rather than inside it – either as Text (Markdown, editable with version history) or as Interactive (HTML). Artifacts persist across conversations; you create your own via + New Text. See Artifacts.

Knowledge & Collaboration

Files & knowledge

Upload files privately, company-wide, in a team or in a project; they are indexed and provide answers with citations and page numbers in chat.

Projects

Shared workspaces for an undertaking: chats, files, meetings, artifacts, prompts and notebook pages are visible to project members; a project can belong to a team.

Teams

Permanent workspaces for groups such as sales or accounting – with their own chats, artifacts, prompts, files and notebook. See Teams.

Notebook

Jointly written knowledge on four levels; pages marked “Include in every answer” flow into every answer. See Knowledge notebook.

Meetings

Record or upload meetings, get automatic transcription (with speaker detection) and AI summaries via templates – exportable as Markdown, DOCX or PDF.

Tools & Building Blocks

Translator

Precise translations across many languages, with automatic source-language detection.

Image Generator

Create images from a text description or edit existing images – with history and export, optionally with a watermark. See Image Generator.

Diagrams

Processes, decision trees, schedules: ask Kasimir to draw something — the diagram appears rendered in the answer and can be zoomed, downloaded as PNG or SVG and edited further in a Text. See Diagrams.

Prompt Library

Save proven instructions as templates – private, in a team or a project – and insert them in chat via +. See Prompt Library.

Library

The central place for agents, workflows and ready-made templates. Templates can be adopted into your company in a few clicks.

Scheduled

Run saved instructions or agents automatically on a recurring basis – the result lands as a chat in your inbox.
