Kasimir brings several AI models, your company knowledge, assistants and automations together in one interface – GDPR-compliant and EU-hosted. This page introduces every module briefly so you can quickly pick the right one for the job.

The modules are built to work together: a document you upload under Documents & Knowledge answers questions in Chat, powers an Assistant, and feeds into a Workflow. With Projects you share these building blocks with your team in a targeted way.

Work & Chat

Chat

The entry point. You ask questions and the selected model answers – optionally with web search, access to your company knowledge, and attached files (including PDFs and images). Tools such as web search and data analysis are deliberately opt-in.

Assistants

Persistent, chat-based personas with their own system prompt, their own knowledge and conversation starters. Ideal for recurring tasks that should always run with the same context.

Workflows

Form-based, multi-step automations. You define typed inputs (text, select, yes/no) and steps that build on each other – each step can reference inputs and earlier results.

Texts

A WYSIWYG sidebar editor for longer, AI-generated Markdown content. The text is created next to the chat rather than inside it, persists across conversations, and can be revised with version history.

Knowledge & Collaboration

Documents & Knowledge

Upload files company-wide; they get indexed and provide grounded answers in chat (RAG) – with source citations. The foundation for assistant and project knowledge.

Projects

Shared workspaces below the company level. Chats, documents, meetings and workflows can be assigned to a project to make them visible to its members.

Meetings

Record or upload meetings, get automatic transcription (with speaker detection) and AI summaries via templates – exportable as Markdown, DOCX or PDF.

Translator

Precise translations across many languages, with automatic source-language detection.

Library

The central place for assistants, workflows and ready-made templates. Templates can be cloned into your company with a single click.
