Integrations
Connect external services like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Atlassian to Kasimir via explicit opt-in.
Under Customize → Integrations in the sidebar (/integrations) you connect external services to Kasimir so that chat, agents and workflows work with your real data. Every connection is a deliberate opt-in: nothing is connected by default.
The page shows all available providers as tiles; once there are company connections, split into Provided by your company and Your personal connections. Connect starts the sign-in with the provider; afterwards you land here again. The tile opens the detail view with your connections, the Actions (switchable in chat via Knowledge sources) and the Triggers for workflows.
Creating connections requires the Connect integrations permission – by default only owners and admins have it; owners or admins enable it for members under Roles and permissions. Exceptions: only owners and admins set up Teams channels, and any member may connect a private SQL database.

Personal or company-wide: a personal connection belongs only to you; Kasimir uses it in your private chats, agents and workflows – not in team or project chats, whose answers all members see. Owners and admins create a company connection under Administration → Integrations. Only owners and admins may use it directly; members reach its content via shared folders (read-only). Workflow steps for files, mail, calendar and spreadsheets always use a personal connection, never the company connection. If a workflow runs without a person starting it (schedule, form, webhook or integration trigger), it uses the connection of the person who created it – but only once an owner or admin has confirmed this in the workflow settings.
Ask first before changes: tools that change or send something (e.g. send mail, upload a file, create an event) are set to ask first by default: a card with the details appears in the chat, only Run triggers the action. In agents this can be set per tool under Actions. Only owners and admins can set Allowed (without asking) for tools that send or change something outside Kasimir; if a member edits the agent, these tools fall back to Ask first.
GDPR-compliant
You connect Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Atlassian via OAuth — Kasimir never sees your password, only revocable tokens. Nextcloud and ownCloud use an app password that you can revoke in your instance at any time. MSO needs an API key, an SQL database a connection string with credentials, and a Teams channel a webhook address. A connection can be removed at any time with Disconnect.
