Getting started with Kasimir: sign-in, onboarding and the app navigation.
This section covers the basics of Kasimir – the GDPR-compliant AI platform for German companies. It explains how to set up your account, find your way around the workspace and use the core controls before you dive into individual tools such as chat, documents or meetings.
After signing up, a short setup wizard guides you through name, company and first invitations. Afterwards you land in the chat – the starting point for everything else.
What this section covers
Sign-in & registration – create an account, log in, reset your password and accept invitations.
Onboarding – the multi-step setup wizard (name, company, usage, invitations).
Navigation – the sidebar with chats, agents, workflows, files, notebook, teams and projects plus global search, language switch and light/dark mode.
Inbox & what's new – notifications in the
Inbox(bell at the top of the sidebar) and product updates in theChangelog.
The user menu at the bottom of the sidebar gives you access to your Profile, Support, the Changelog and the Handbook at any time. If you have the right role, you open your workspace Administration via the logo menu at the top left.
Kasimir is multi-tenant: every company is isolated. Within the company everything is private at first – chats, uploaded files, agents, workflows, prompts. Via teams, projects and sharing you make content visible to others deliberately.
