Library
The central hub for your company's assistants, workflows, and ready-to-clone templates.
The Library is your central starting point for every reusable AI building block in Kasimir. It gathers your company's assistants and workflows in one place and lets you create your own copies from a curated catalog of ready-made templates with a single click. Instead of building every assistant or automation from scratch, you start from a well-designed template and adapt it to your company.
What is the Library?
The Library brings together three kinds of content across three tabs:
Assistants(Agenten) – persistent, chat-based assistants (personas with their own system prompt, model, conversation starters, and optionally their own knowledge).Workflows– form-based, multi-step automations that run several steps in sequence.Templates(Vorlagen) – ready-made assistant and workflow building blocks you copy into your company with one click.
When you open the Library from the sidebar, you land on the Assistants tab by default. A tab bar at the top lets you switch between Assistants, Workflows, and Templates.
Searching and Filtering
All three tabs have a search box at the top (Search…). It searches the name and description of the visible items and filters the cards instantly as you type.
The Assistants tab adds:
Filter pills next to the search:
All– every assistant in your company.Mine– only assistants you created.Pinned– only assistants pinned to the sidebar.
Label chips (a second row) if your assistants are tagged. Click one or more labels to show only matching assistants (OR logic: an assistant needs at least one of the active labels). Up to 12 labels are shown.
Highlighted assistants (marked by an administrator) automatically float to the top of the list, so teams find the most important assistants first.
"Assistants" Tab
This tab shows all of your company's assistants as cards in a grid. Each card shows an icon/emoji, name, a two-line description, optional label chips, and a footer with the model in use and – if enabled – a Web badge for web search. A shield icon marks verified assistants.
Actions:
Action | How |
|---|---|
Start a chat | Click the card (or |
Edit | Pencil icon at the top right of the card. |
Delete | Trash icon at the top right (with a confirmation prompt). |
Create a new assistant | The |
The pencil and trash icons appear only if you created the assistant or are an administrator. Other members can still use the assistant but not change it.
"Workflows" Tab
Like the Assistants tab, this shows all of your company's workflows as cards. The footer shows the workflow's default model.
Actions:
Action | How |
|---|---|
Run a workflow | Click the card – opens the workflow's run/form page. |
Edit | Pencil icon at the top right (creator/admin only). |
Delete | Trash icon at the top right (creator/admin only, with confirmation). |
Create a new workflow | The |
The Create new workflow dialog asks for:
Workflow name(required)Description(optional)Save as template– makes the workflow available as a template for your team (it then also appears in theTemplatestab).Initial trigger type– how the workflow starts:Manual,Scheduled,Integrations,Form, orWebhook. You can change this later in the editor.
After Create workflow, you are taken straight to the workflow editor.
"Templates" Tab
The Templates tab is the heart of the Library: a curated catalog of ready-made building blocks you copy into your company with one click. It is split into two sections:
Assistants – several dozen pre-built assistants spanning typical mid-market jobs (HR/People, Communication, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT & Support, Data & BI, Project Management, Development, Research, Productivity).
Workflows – curated multi-step automation templates, plus any workflows your own company has saved as templates.
Above the templates is a row of category chips (All plus every present category with a count). Clicking one filters the assistant templates to that category. The search box additionally filters both assistant and workflow templates by name/description.
What a template card shows

steps.The name and a two-line description.
For assistants: a category badge and – if the template uses integrations – small integration icons (e.g. Outlook, Google, Jira, SQL).

Cloning a template
Click anywhere on the card (or Enter/Space). Kasimir immediately creates an independent copy inside your company and opens it:
Assistant template → a new copy is created and the assistant editor opens. The system prompt, conversation starters, default model, web-search setting, category, and used integrations are all carried over.
Workflow template → a new copy is created and the workflow editor opens. All steps and connections are copied and laid out sensibly. So the workflow runs out of the box, the copy automatically gets a default model (your company's chat default model, otherwise the first active chat model).
The copy is fully yours – later changes to the original template do not affect your copy, and your edits do not change the template.
For cloned workflows with an automatic trigger: a webhook trigger is created enabled, while a scheduled (time-based) trigger is created disabled at first – so an administrator can review the schedule and inputs before it runs automatically.
Your own templates for the team
If you enable Save as template when creating a workflow (or flag an existing workflow accordingly), it appears for all colleagues in the Templates tab under Workflows. Others can then clone it just like the built-in templates. Cloning performs a full deep copy (steps, connections, and linked company-wide knowledge documents).
Tips
Template first, then adapt: Look for a fitting starting point in the
Templatestab, clone it, and refine the prompt, model, and knowledge in the editor.Use the category chips: With many assistant templates, the chips (e.g.
Sales,People,IT & Support) narrow the choice quickly.Mind the integration icons: Templates with an Outlook, Google, or Jira icon require the matching integration to be connected in your company so the assistant can access it.
Limitations
Templates are a one-time copy, not a live link: a copy is not automatically updated when the original template changes.
Editing and deleting assistants/workflows is restricted to the creator or an administrator; everyone else can only use them.
The built-in templates are curated and cannot be edited directly in the Library – you always adapt your copy.
